On Wednesday, 05/05/2021, at approximately 12:58 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 1200 block of St. Marys Avenue reference an unknown problem. A female caller told dispatch she arrived at her boyfriend’s apartment and found him unconscious on the floor.

On May 4th, 2021 at approximately 8:41 am FWPD Officers, Fire Personnel, DNR Officers and Medics were notified of a possible body floating in the Maumee River in the area of Spy Run Ave. and Lafayette St.

On 5/2/2021 at approximately 8:34 pm Officers’ with The Fort Wayne Police Department responded to 5700 River Run Trail in regards to a shooting. Dispatch received a call from a female advising that her boyfriend got shot and gave the above address.
Shooting- Hanna & Oxford St.

On 5/2/21 at approximately 5:53 am Officers’ with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a shooting at Hanna St/Oxford St. in front of a local gas station. Upon arrival an adult male victim was located in a white vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Stabbing- Trentman Avenue

On 5/2/2021 at approximately 3:57 AM Officers’ with the Fort Wayne Police Department responding to 2400 Trentman Ave. in regards to a stabbing. The victim arrived at a residence on Trentman and the resident at that address called Police.

On 4/28/21 at approximately 1:55 pm Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department Gang and Violent Crimes Unit attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a possible shooting suspect at Bowser Ave. and Creighton Ave.
