Arrest of Fatal Hit Skip Suspect

The Fort Wayne Police Department was able to make an arrest of the suspect involved in a fatal hit and run that occurred on August 25th, 2021 at 1040 East State Blvd. A 52yr old male, Samuel Eugene Lovellette, was arrested in the evening hours yesterday as the primary suspect.
