On June 13, 2021 at approximately 12:28am FWPD Officers responded to a call of shots fired in the area of S. Hanna St. and E. Maple Grove Ave. While responding to that area Officers could hear a substantial amount of gun fire.
Fatal Accident Investigation- State Blvd. & Reed Rd.

On June 12, 2021 Officers were called to the intersection of E. State Blvd and Reed Rd in reference to a reported motor vehicle accident involving 2 vehicles. Officers were advised that there may be victims trapped inside the vehicles as well prior to their arrival.

On June 11, 2021 shortly before 3:00 pm the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a home in the 900 Block of High Street in reference to a possible shooting, and were advised that the shooting may have been accidental.

On Monday June 7, 2021 at approximately 7:52 AM officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to an apartment located in the 2000 block of Woodhaven Drive (Winchester Woods Apartments) in reference to a burglary in progress.
Stabbing/Life Threatening Injuries- Ormsby St.

On June 7th, 2021 at approximately 9:56pm Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 2400 block of Ormsby St. in regards to a stabbing. The Complainant Party called Dispatch and advised that he had been stabbed in the back and that his girlfriend’s son did it.
