Details/Summary:

Traffic stop leads to seizure of 10lbs of methamphetamine and an AK rifle.

On October 8, 2024, a traffic stop led to a joint investigation between the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Shortly after 10:00am, detectives noticed two different vehicles traveling near Lima and Coliseum that committed traffic infractions. Both vehicles were stopped and in the first vehicle, detectives found 10lbs of methamphetamine along with a male armed with an AK rifle. The second vehicle had a smaller amount. Three males were arrested and will face the federal charges listed below. They were booked into the Huntington County Jail.
