On September 18, 2024, Dwayne Sims 63 yo was located and arrested in the 7900 block of Decatur Rd on a Murder Warrant.  The arrest was in connection to the Homicide of Jamion Martin 29yoa that occurred in the 7900 block of Decatur Rd on 08/22/2024.  Sims was taken into custody without incident and is currently confined at the Allen County lockup.  The FWPD Homicide Unit was assisted on this investigation by the Vice/Narcotics Division, the Emergency Services Team, U.S. Marshals, and the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office.
