The suspect wanted for walking up behind a 13 year old and putting his arms around her while she was inside TJ Maxx on 4/29/24 at 717 Northcrest Shopping Center around 8:35pm has been identified and arrested.  The suspect, Caleb Rush was arrested by FWPD officers today around 2:10pm on foot in the area of N.Coliseum Blvd. and Delaware Ave.  without incident.  The FWPD would like to thank the media and the public for the outpouring of information that helped lead to the arrest!

Suspect Arrested: Caleb Rush, 19 years of age

Preliminary Charges: Criminal Confinement, Level 5 Felony; Battery to Minor under 14, Level 6 Felony
