Details:

On September 19, 2023 at approximately 0851 hours, the FWPD responded to 2323 Fox Ave. regarding an unknown problem in which a female had been shot. Upon arrival, officers detained Corby James Lee at the residence without incident. Officers located an unresponsive female inside, performed life saving measures, but later pronounced the female deceased. FWPD Homicide unit began an investigation at the residence and arrested Corby James Lee for murder. Also assisting in this investigation was Crime Scene, Allen County Prosecutor's Office, Coroner's Office, Department of Child Services, and FWPD Victim's Assistance.
