Details:

On September 7, 2023, Quentin Lewis was taken into custody without incident near the intersection of Crescent Ave. and State Ave. by the FWPD Gang and Violent Crimes Unit. Lewis was charged in relation to the Glenbrook Mall Shooting on 09/01/2023 with Criminal Recklessness and Battery with a Deadly Weapon. Also assisting in this investigation was the FWPD Homicide Unit and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
