The Fort Wayne Police Department is attempting to locate a wanted fugitive from justice. Cedric Carter DOB 06/05/1989 is wanted out of Fort Wayne for Failure to Appear- Possession of Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon and by the Johnson County Sheriff's Department for Strangulation and Domestic Battery.
