The Fort Wayne Police Department is asking the assistance of the community for any information that may help lead to the whereabouts of Fatir Mumin Muhammad. He is a male, African American, 53yrs old, 6’00”, and 190lbs. He is believed to be armed and dangerous. He is a person of interest in an active criminal investigation of the shooting that occurred 2737 W WASHINGTON CENTER RD in the AM on Tuesday.
