Details:

On December 23rd 2021 at approximately 11:00 p.m. two males arrived in the 2000 block of Taylor Street in a light color, possibly grey or silver Ford Escape. The males rang a doorbell and when answered they opened fire on, and struck an innocent elderly woman. It is believed that the males went to the wrong house and the injured female was completely innocent and the wrong person. The Victim was in critical condition, but survived.  Anyone with information regarding this incident, please call Crime Stoppers at 260-436-7867 or the Fort Wayne Police Department at 260-427-1201.
