On Sunday, 10/04/2020, at approximately 4:30 PM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a residence in the 5200 block of South Anthony Blvd. reference a domestic dispute involving a party armed with a firearm. The caller reported she wanted the father of her children to leave her residence. She indicated the male subject had an active arrest warrant and was armed with a firearm.

Officers arrived and established a perimeter around the residence to ensure public safety. Two adult females and several children exited the residence and advised the male subject remained inside. Officers attempted to communicate with the male subject via telephone and loud speaker without success.
