The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a hit and run accident involving two injured pedestrians that occurred June 24, 2023 at 11:48 pm.  A silver vehicle (possibly a Chevy Malibu or Impala) was driving Westbound on Superior Street then turned left to go Southbound on Clinton Street at a speed too fast to safely negotiate the turn. The silver vehicle made a wide L/turn and struck both pedestrians crossing the street, then fled the scene prior to police arrival. The female pedestrian who was struck is in serious condition at a local hospital and the male pedestrian was not taken to a hospital for his injuries.  The pedestrians were crossing Clinton St. at the time of the collusion.  The suspect vehicle should have damage to the hood on the passenger side.
