Details:
On January 3rd, 2023 at 1904 hours, Fort Wayne Police Officers responded to a shooting investigation. A vehicle containing two gunshot victims was located in the area of 2500 S. Anthony Blvd. One victim was pronounced deceased on scene and the second victim was transported to the hospital and classified to be in life threatening condition. Fort Wayne Homicide detectives conducted the investigation and after an exhaustive investigation criminally charged Rapheal Brown, Rashun Carter, and Swanyea Taylor with Murder, Attempted Murder, and Criminal Recklessness w/ a Deadly Weapon. All suspects are currently confined at the Allen County Jail. The Homicide Unit was assisted by the Gang and Violent Crimes Unit, the Vice and Narcotics Unit, the Aerial Support Unit, Uniform Operations Division, the Indiana State Police, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
