Details/Summary:  

Male, White, Mid 20’s, wearing a black jacket, ripped blue jeans, and black baseball cap entered the TJ Maxx Clothing Store.  While inside the store the suspect walked up behind a thirteen-year-old child who was shopping with her mother.  The suspect came up from behind the child, placing his arms around her.  The child screamed out, scaring the suspect.  The suspect ran out of the store and fled on foot southbound through the parking lot.  Store surveillance footage captured the suspect as he entered, and exited, the TJ Maxx store.  If anyone recognizes the suspect they are requested to contact the Fort Wayne Police Department, Detective Bureau, Crimes Against Persons Unit, Detective Miranda Lasley at 260-427-1201.
