Details:
The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a stabbing that occurred today, July 12th, 2022 at approximately 10:12 am at 5400 S. Anthony Blvd. (Marathon Gas Station). Preliminary information indicates that two adult males were having a verbal argument inside the gas station. The argument continued as the gentlemen exited the gas station onto the parking lot. As the suspect got into his vehicle to leave, he stopped his vehicle, got out, and stabbed the victim in the upper torso area. The suspect then fled the area in his vehicle.
The victim remained on scene with non-life threatening injuries. The victim was transported by the Three River Ambulance Authority to a local hospital. While at the hospital the victim was downgraded to life-threatening condition by medical personnel.
