The Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Division solved the 2013 Homicide of Brandon Dock and Demetrius Masterson. The Fort Wayne Police Department has been investigating the Homicides for approximately the last two years. On Monday, March 14, 2022 Salomon Robles, and Margil Reyna pled guilty to 30 years in Federal Court, acknowledging their participation in the two homicides.

Officers of the Fort Wayne Police Department Homicide Division have been working with the FBI- Fort Wayne Field Office, United States Attorney’s Office Northern District of Indiana, Allen County Prosecutors Office, FBI- Southern Texas, and United States Attorney’s Office Southern District of Texas. The agencies have worked diligently together, traveling between Indiana and South Texas.

Law Enforcement have identified Salomon Robles, age 35., Margil Reyna, age 37 as the killers. Salomon Robles and Margil Reyna are both confirmed as Tri-City Bombers [TCB] gang members. Salomon Robles and Margil Reyna were contracted by High level drug traffickers, and TCB gang leaders to travel to Fort Wayne Indiana and kill Brandon Dock, and Demetrius Masterson. The Fort Wayne Police Department and FBI have charged several suspects with a variety of crimes ranging from drug trafficking, murder, and organized crime. The Fort Wayne Police Department will continue to investigate possible suspects who may have been involved with the Homicides.
