Details:

On Sunday, 07/05/2020, at approximately 3:41 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the intersection of South Clinton Street and East Creighton Avenue reference a vehicle crash with injuries. Officers arrived on scene and determined the crash involved a Cadillac Escalade and a Nissan Rogue. The three occupants inside the Nissan were all transported to a local hospital. A physician determined a juvenile female seated in the backseat of the Nissan was suffering life-threatening injuries. The two adults in the front seat of the Nissan suffered non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Escalade was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A front seat passenger in the Escalade refused medical treatment at the scene.

Witnesses reported the Nissan had the green traffic signal and entered the intersection. The Escalade was traveling southbound on Clinton Street and failed to stop for the red traffic signal at Creighton Street.
