Murder Suicide / 3229 Lima Road

Death Investigation

Date/Time of Incident:  12/10/2011 3:04 PM               

Location of Incident:     3229 Lima Rd         

Victims:  Three Adults

At 3:04 PM today the City of Fort Wayne Communications Center received a call from a woman in Washington state asking for police to do a well-being check on the residents of 3229 Lima Road.  Upon arrival, officers were able to see a male subject through a window who appeared to be unresponsive.  The officers made entry to the home and discovered three adults all suffering form apparent gunshot wounds.  All three persons were declared deceased at the scene.  At this time we do not believe this was a random act of violence and we are not currently seeking any suspects in connection to this incident.

This case remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, The Allen county Coroner's Office and the Allen County Prosecutor's Office
