UPDATE: Disturbance Leaves One Person Suffering Critical Injuries

 

Date/Time of Incident:   June 2 2011 / 2:55 a.m.

Location of Incident:       5700 Ullyot Drive

Victim:                          Male Adult, age 20, Fort Wayne / Critical Condition

The Fort Wayne Police Department has made two arrests in connection with the Critically Injured Individual from the Disturbance call early this morning in the 5700 block of Ullyot Drive.

Police responded to a Disturbance Call and prior to their arrival were advised that loud thumping noises were coming from the apartment.  When officers arrived on the scene of the investigation they saw movement inside and a male who appeared to be unconscious through the window of the apartment.  Due to the exigent circumstances forced entry was made and the male was determined to be in critical condition in which he remains at the time of this release.

Officers also located two additional males inside the apartment, one adult and one juvenile.  Both have been arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery.  ANTHONY TATE, age 22, was booked into Allen County Lockup and a juvenile male booked into Allen County Juvenile Center.

This incident remains under investigation with the Fort Wayne Police Department, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
