Linzey Woods, an adult person of interest was found running away from the stolen 2007 Ford Fusion in the area of North Harrison and W. Fourth Street. He was arrested on an active arrest warrant and interviewed at the Police Operations Center by FWPD Detectives. The investigation is ongoing.
