I am wondering WHY the city of Fort Wayne (and the FWPD) do not have some sort of email/call-in "hotline" to report chronic (and persistent) boomcars?
Many times, the cars just thump on by before you can make the call to dispatch.
Cities like Tampa, NYC, and even B;oomington, IN have such capabilities, and there are some of us that do NOT wish to hear that incessant thump, thump thump to all hours.
The FWPD has assigned such a LOW priority to boise complaints (boomcars especially) that before an officer arrives to the location, the offender is LONG gone.
Why not add such a tool for the citizens of the city?
