Hi, im wanting to no about the laws on window tint(darkest tint im able to get), shaved door handles(do i need to have a way to open the door from outside or is it up to me) handles, door mirrors and flame thrower kits(shoot flames out tail pipes) and riding with out a hood(do i just leave the hood mounts on)
