Post FW bicycle laws
Officer Joyner:

Can you tell me if the City of Fort Wayne has their own statute regarding bicycle laws, or do we just follow the Indiana code (9-21-11)?

If we do have our own statute, can you please point me in the right direction?

I am particularly looking for any law pertaining to riding a bicycle on a sidewalk.

Thanks!
