Is there any law that will stop the constant panhandling/asking for money for churches on the corner of US 27 and Pettit? Its ridiculous that everyday it's nice out, there's always someone on the corner with a bucket and a vest on asking for money. When the firefighters are out asking for donations that's one thing - but when it's every person that finds a bucket - that's totally different.

Persons that engage in this type of activity do in fact need to get a permit to do so. If they are causing a hazard call 427-1222 and a car will be sent to check this.
