Post Handgun Question 
Hi I'm 18 years old and I was wondering if it is legal for me to possess a handgun without a permit if it is not concealed, and is not loaded? I am not trying to carry the handgun with me on my person just it drop off to my father.

You would still need a permit as I read it. If your father has a permit have him or another person with a permit transport the weapon.
