Hello. My daughter received a questionable traffic ticket in N. Haven. She told the officer she was going to fight it. It has been three weeks since the incident. She has been calling in to make a court date but the officer has not turned in the ticket. In one more week, it will be 30 days. We are wondering if he decided it was not a legit ticket and tossed it out. What happens at 30 days? According to the ticket, if she has not made a court date by then, a warrant can be issued for her arrest. Thanks.

I would contact the New Haven Police Department and or the New Haven City Courts office for direction on this matter.
