I know someone who is an Habitual driving offender and they have lost their license. They still drive on a regular basis. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Clearly this is in violation of state law. If observed one can contact our non emergency line and report the situation providing a vehicle description, direction of travel and so forth. A general broadcast would be made by dispatch personnel giving officers a "be on the lookout" heads up.
