I recently ordered some merchandise on ebay. The seller runs an ebay store and inadvertantly shipped my goods to someone in Fort Wayne and shipped that person's goods to me. I contacted the seller and immediately forwarded the merchandise on to the rightful owner. Several weeks later, I still haven't recieved my merchandise.

Should I report this to Fort Wayne Police? If so at what time?

This is a matter to be rectified by the seller. You are dealing with a civil issue not a criminal matter. I would request a full refund. EBay has a process that assists buyers.
