Can FWPD or parking enforcement ticket parked vehicles/motorcycles in a private business lot / garage?? Recently numerous motorcycles received $50 tickets for parking in an area in the businesses garage where they have parked for years.....When the companies security and parking dept were asked about this, they didn't know it was happening ?!?!

The City's Parking Control will ticket and can ticket vehicles that are in a "Handicapped" designated parking spot or in a "Fire Lane" designated area. State Law allows for this whether on public or private parking areas that are specifically designated.
Did Parking Control ticket the motorcycles? Give them a call at 427-1221 they might be able to research the citation if it is not obvious on the citation it self.
