Post Citizen review board 
I am a student and have been given an assignment in finding out if there is a citizen review board in my community. The task that I have been given is this: Is there a citizen review board for complaints against police misconduct in your community? If yes, what is its role and function? If no, would a board be beneficial? Any information as to who or where I can find out this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
