Post pocket bikes 
I have a pocket bike actually it is called a super bike x-19. It is 110 cc with brake lights, turn signals, mirrors, headlights everything it needs to be street legal. The measurements are 59L 26W 35H inches. It even has a vin#. I was wondering if I could regester this and ride it on the street legally?

It would require insurance, license plate, and a motorcycle endorsement on one's drivers license
