What is the current procedure to report police cruisers that exceed posted speed limits? I have seen this too many times now, and especially since there is an increased emphasis on motorists speeding. I know the officers I witnessed doing this were not responding to a call. This sends a bad signal to the general public when our own officers drive in this manner.
