Mike,

Does the Parking Meter enforcers have the authority to issue citations for expired tags? I wouldn't think so but then this is Ft. Wayne and firefighters (in their big Red Engines) can issue citations for parking in the Fire Lane.

A parking violation citation will be issued by Parking Enforcement and then the vehicle will be towed by the same authority.
