Boomcar Hotline?

Post Boomcar Hotline?
I'm wondering WHY the FWPD doesn't have a \"boomcar hotline\" like other cities such as Clearwater, FL, or Ypsilanti, MI?
There, you can enter information regarding loud car stereos and the people behind the wheels of such intrusive vehicles.

Now I KNOW the FWPD does make several HUNDRED noise citations per year, but when you ahve OVER SEVERAL THOUSAND pass by your south side home (every year), it's doesn't do much to say a lot is being done to dissuade these audio-terrorists.

I think having such a hotline HERE would go far to returning our NOISY neighborhoods back to some level of civility...and quiet.
I mean the noise ordinance is there for a REASON, right?
Thank you.
