In the state of Indiana, it is prohibited to sell a taser or stun gun to a convicted felon.

in my own opinion, definitely it is not advisable to sell a taser or stun gun to a convicted felon to avoid abusiveness by using the stuff.

I think ex felons can't use a stun gun or any weapons even if that is a sell-defense weapon. maybe they need to advice from a police if they can use anytime.

I inquired about purchasing a taser and was told that you had to hold a valid hand gun permit to purchase one. So I believe the same rules apply as due owing a hand gun.
