I live in Hamilton Pointe Apartments in Aboite Township in Allen County. How do I go about reporting that I think my neighbor is a drug dealer? I have reported my suspicions to the management here but the manager was not sure what to do. The neighbors have visitors at all hours of the day and night. They knock, enter and leave within in 5-10 minutes. They drive up or walk up all the time. I have smelled pot a few times in the past month of so coming from their apartment. Most of the time the smell coming from there is a very strong musty smell. Please let me know what I need to do. Thank you for any information you can provide me.
