Post Gun Permit
What is the procedure for securing a Firearm/Permit, if you have been previously caught for shop lifting, and gone through all the necessary avenues to have the "Ruling" overturned? For example the Court Ordered T.I.P.S.

Thanks a lot.

If you live within the Fort Wayne city limits, you may come to the Fort Wayne Police Department Headquarters at 1320 E. Creighton Avenue between the hours of 6:30 am and 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday, to complete a Gun Permit Application.

If you are seeking a Personal Protection Permit-4 Year, then you will need $10.00 cash (local fee), and a $30.00 money order made payable to the State of Indiana.

If you are seeking a Personal Protection Permit-Lifetime and it is before your current license expires, then you will need $40.00 cash (local fee), and a $60 money order made payable to the State of Indiana.

If you are seeking a Personal Protection Permit-Lifetime and your current license has expired or you are seeking a new license, then you will need $50.00 (local fee), and a $75.00 money order made payable to the State of Indiana.

Also bring with you:
-Four first-class postage stamps for each application
-Valid Indiana Drivers License or Identification Card

I do not believe that having been previously caught or arrested for shoplifting will in any way change the procedure for applying for a gun permit.
