Is it possible to request an officer to watch for speeders on a certain street and at specific time of day? Around 5pm drivers are always coming off of Goshen or West State street to bypass the heavy traffic to get on Wells street going downtown. Their are a lot of kids playing around and drivers are doing easy 30mph around our residential streets.

If driver's are "easily" doing 30 mph through the residential streets, then that is not against the law as the speed limit is 30 mph in residential districts, whether children are present or not.
