PAL is a program that involves the youth in Fort Wayne and Allen County with law enforcement officials in mutual athletic enjoyment and endeavor.  Fort Wayne PAL began in 1958 and is proud of it’s long service to the community.

NEWS:

  • A FREE power yoga training class will be held at the PAL Center (2121 Olladale Drive) on Sunday, October 14th and Sunday, October 21st.  Time of the training is 4:30-5:30 pm. Bring yoga mat or beach towel & bottle of water. A 60 minute ALL LEVELS (ages/experience) yoga flow designed to bring strength, flexibility, mental focus, and overall well-being. This practice can be scaled up for anyone looking for a challenging physical practice, and scaled down for anyone just beginning. It is designed for ANY BODY. The training is offered by 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation & will be taught by Sarah Evans, R.N.C.M.T. Certified Baptiste Instructor. All are welcome to attend! No pre-registration is needed.
